IDSS employs a proven methodology to guide your project to a successful conclusion from inception through go-live. We will begin by providing an up-front, no obligation survey of your current IT practices and requirements. This is to determine if your needs and our offerings are a good match.

We will then perform a functional requirements study with an in-depth analysis to accurately define the scope of the project and provide you with a budget. After concurrence on the requirements study, program development and unit testing commence. We organize projects into manageable tasks with milestones. When the tasks are complete, we conduct system testing and user acceptance.
